Dr. Kemba Marshall
Dr. Kemba Marshall is a veterinarian and public health professional whose career bridges animal medicine, leadership, and education. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and completed her avian and exotic animal internship and residency at the University of Tennessee. She also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
Having held roles in clinical, research, corporate, lab animal, and emergency medicine, Dr. Marshall brings more than two decades of experience spanning clinical medicine, executive leadership, training, and development.
Today, she channels that expertise into helping veterinary professionals strengthen culture, enhance leadership, and build workplaces where both people and animals thrive. Through her work as a speaker and consultant, Dr. Marshall empowers teams to reimagine what’s possible when we invest in the humans behind the medicine.
